OUR CENTRE AND ITS STRUCTURES

Our center – the only one in Thailand – is to the North of Koh Samui, a tropical isle situated in the South, in the Andaman Gulf.
Osho Paramdham Center is a bit set back from the sea and surrounded by a Zen garden.
It is a small center but it is supplied with everything that can make “meditators” and“ group-goers” at ease.
There is a MEDITATION HALL so perfectly in tune with the surrounding, that it could be mistaken for a garden pavilion from the outside. It is very cozy and hospitable.

Not only meditation sessions are hold in the Meditation Hall, but also spiritual exercises, body work, group experiences, visualizations, events, courses, presentations, projections, and several kinds of sessions.
Meetings, celebrations, initiations are given too; and you can watch Osho’s videos or listen to his discourses.
Our Meditation Hall – although simple in appearance, created on purpose to match with the ancient Thai style – owns two precious treasures of which we are really proud: an Osho’s robe and a beautiful bronze Buddha statue.

In front of the entrance, there is the “WELCOMING POINT”.
One person of our staff will make you at home, and he is available to give info about our Center and our proposals, giving you suggestions if necessary; he can even help you to settle in some of the lodgings in the neighbourhood if you ask for it.
The “Welcoming Point” is a kind of “gnome little house” construction which acts as our office, too.

Furthermore there is a TEA ROOM (still virtual for the moment) – a garden structure where you can have something to eat and drink and take refreshment with some tasty snacks and nice little cakes, fresh drinks or “real” Italian coffee. The Tea Room also will offer fruit or vegetables shakes, herbal teas, milk shakes, home-made ice-creams and a fine assortment of delicious and appetizing dishes, changing every day, starting from a good break-fast.
In the evening the structure will change.

The Tea Room will close and the “GOLDEN AGE CLUB” will open.

Of course the Club too is dedicated to Osho, his sannyasins and his friends.
To be admitted you have to be member of the Club or to pay theentrance.

This gives you the right for free drinks and snacks and also for many other facilities: for example the chance to consult materials regarding the Master, his life, his vision and his teachings – since we never have time enough to do that during our normal working situation – so that we can understand better what is happening in our life and understand Osho’s message.
In fact we have in our “Shop”, lot of books available to be read or sold, together with videos, DVDs, audio-tapes and an Internet service about Osho’s site.
There are also really old magazines about Osho, the Ashram activities and the characters from that period in time.
Then you can spend your evenings with people who share the same vision as you in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, while you are served like a king.
You can also spend a very enjoyable time listening to some nice background music in the “chatting room”, talking to old and new friends, exchanging your ideas or listening to others’ experiences, starting new relationships or organizing something nice together.
But if you like, you can withdraw to a calm corner of the garden and enjoy the starry night.
The Club will open from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m.
