The Zen Garden has unexpectedly flowered in a place that before was
quite empty and dull, assuming its own well defined characteristics.
It has been enough taking care of the sense of inspiration that
the place exudes, sensing its energy, removing anything excessive
or disturbing.
And so suddenly has transpired an ambience full of gracefulness,
care and well-being.
In this way several different Zen zones have flowered – mixed
together withwild nature too – every zone particular in itself, but
perfectly integrated with all the others.
For instance there is a zone called the “IDYLL” which
offers a calm refuge, suitable for sharing and intimacy or for a
quiet talk.
There is the “SPIRAL LARGO”, suitable for charging oneself with
energy, or for dynamic meditations, body work, dance, or a good
time in the open air.
There is the “SOCIAL CORNER”, where we all meet together and have
the monthly social dinner.
At the end, rather hidden by vegetation, there is the
“PEACE CIRCLE”, called this way for the symbol which
defines it. It is a place where it is possible to stay alone,
thanks to the climbing plant walls
There are also rocks which can be turned into Zen meditation seats
in case of need.
Next to the Peace Circle there is a little space dedicated to
Buddha: he is sitting on some stones in a grotto, surrounded by
plants, with a gentle nice little waterfall near him.
This is the place devoted to ceremonies and ritual.
For the ones who love solitude there is a little jungle portion
where they can enjoy the “sweet doing nothing” or the
art of “not doing” as Osho definesit.
